2010-2011 Registration
Welcome to St. Gregory the Great Family Faith Formation Registration!
Registrations for Family Faith Formation were due by Friday, June 25th, 2010!
Please note: GENERATIONS OF FAITH CLASSES ARE CLOSED (both sessions).
To Register Online with payment by credit card only, please click here:
*Please fill out all fields! The Covenant Agreement must be agreed to when registering online. If you do not agree, the registration cannot be completed and you will be re-directed to the St. Gregory's home page. There are also required fields within the registration form that need to be filled out - the registration will not submit unless all of the following information is entered:
· Family Name, Address, City, State & Zip and E-mail needs to be entered for at least ONE of the parents and the Active/Non-Active Member of the Parish question
· Emergency Contact - all fields
· Allergy information
· Permissions
· Parent Volunteer Form
To Register by Mail or in Person:
Please print the following forms and return them to the FFF Office at 250 St. Gregory Court, Williamsville, NY 14221.
