The Feast of Corpus Christi, also known as the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, is a Christian liturgical solemnity celebrating the Real Presence of the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ in the elements of the Eucharist. Join parishioners from our Family of Parishes at the 4:00 pm St. Greg’s Mass Saturday, June 6, with a Eucharistic procession following, to a main altar on the front lawn. This public procession, with our Eucharistic Lord at its center, is a way for Catholics to take God and our faith into the world around us. Please come Saturday, June 6, at 4:00 pm. Light refreshments to follow.
St. Greg’s Great Race is back on Friday, June 12! All are invited for a fun-filled evening that kicks off with the Kids 1K Fun Run at 6:00 pm, followed by the 5K Race and 1 Mile Fun Walk at 7:00 pm. After the race, stick around for food, fellowship, and music from the band Hit n Run! Bring the kids for the petting zoo, jugglers, climbing wall, inflatables, and more! Whether you run, walk, cheer, or volunteer, it’s a great way to kick off summer with our family community. Register to run by June 1 and get a free race t-shirt!
You, your family and friends are cordially invited to a Mass honoring St. Josemaria Escriva, founder of Opus Dei. Mass will be celebrated by Fr. Dan Ulmer and Fr. Peter Bassey, assisted by Deacon Alejandro Manunta. Church will be opened at 5:00 pm. Confession will be available before Mass. A get together will immediately follow Mass.
Mark your calendars for this year’s St. Greg’s Mission this August. At the heart of Mission is the love of Jesus. Each night will build upon the previous through inspiring talks, witness, music, liturgy, and fellowship. All are welcome and we are looking forward to seeing you there!
