Parish Lenten Retreat
Finding the Joy and Peace of God in Our Lives. On March 26-29, Brother Elliott Maloney O.S.B. will present three talks, each with two options for times to attend:
- Talk 1: Embracing Dependence on God in Our Daily Lives Sunday 7:00 pm, or Monday 12:45 pm
- Talk 2: St. Paul's Key Teachings for Catholics Today Monday 7:00 pm, or Tuesday 12:45 pm
- Talk 3: Breaking Out of Earthly Trials into Joy Tuesday 7:00 pm, or Wednesday 12:45 pm
Br. Elliott has been a monk of St. Vincent Archabbey in Latrobe, PA since 1965. He is a professor in New Testament and Biblical Languages. He has written several books, won the prize for “Best Book on Scripture” from the Catholic Press Association of the United States and Canada, and served as a translator for the New American Bible. Please welcome him to St. Greg’s as we contemplate what the Lord has to teach us about joy and peace
