FFF Catechists Needed for the 2021-2022 Fall Programs
Lesson plans and all materials needed to teach are provided. If you're not sure, try volunteering as a substitute-you'll find the time so rewarding!

FFF Weekly Programs · September - April.
We need catechists for the following:

  • Mondays (4:45 pm - 5:45 pm) Grades K- 4
  • Mondays (7:00 - 8:00 pm) Grades 5-10
  • Saturdays (9:00 am - 10:00 am):Grades K- 8

Monthly FFF Program (aka Generations of Faith)
September - April: GOF meets once a month in person,
home study for the rest of the month.

We need catechists for Grades K - 10, dates and time as follows:

• GOF Session A (Sunday 10:45 am- 11:45 pm)
Dates for GOF A: Sep.12, Oct.3, Nov. 7, Dec.5, Jan.9, Feb.6, Mar.6 and Apr. 3
• GOF Session B (Sunday 12:15 pm- 1:15 pm)
Dates for GOF B: Sep.12, Oct.3, Nov.7, Dec.5, Jan.9, Feb.6, Mar.6 and Apr. 3
•GOF Session C (Thursday 6:30 pm- 7:30 pm)
Dates for GOF C: Sep.16, Oct. 7, Nov.4, Dec.2, Jan.6, Feb. 3, Mar. 3, Apr.7

Save the Date:  Catechist Welcome Back Celebration
Catechists who can teach this year, are invited on Saturday, September 11 for this special celebration that begins with the 8:00 am Mass. This event will include catechist training, special speakers, and safetly/COVID protocols. RSVP to asap, or call us at 688-5760.

Each year the Diocese of Buffalo asks that our catechists attend pre-approved formation workshops or online courses for a total of 8 credits, breakdown as follows:
• Two (3 hour seesions)Theological Topics for a total of 6 Theology Credits
• One (2 hour session) Ministry Skills for 2 Ministry Credits
